About your stay

Check-In

2:00 p.m. If you arrive later than 7:00 p.m., please call us in advance.


Check-Out

We ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure at the latest.


Breakfast and dinner

Our generous breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. For dinner as part of the half-board package, we have reserved a separate table for you in our dining room. Dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Dinner is served in the à la carte restaurant from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Note: No refunds can be claimed for services/meals not used as part of the half-board package.
There is a surcharge of € 37.00 per menu for the Christmas and New Year's Eve menu.


Smoke-free

Please note that all of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or on our terrace.


Ski room

You can dry your ski boots and skis in our in-house ski cellar. Please note that entering rooms, dining rooms, etc. with ski boots is not permitted.


Parking

There is a large parking lot in front of our hotel with plenty of parking spaces - also for buses. If you wish, we will also be happy to reserve a covered space for your car (on request for an additional charge).

Ski bus

The ski bus stop is right in front of our hotel. The ski bus takes you to the Gaislachkoglbahn in the Sölden/Hochsölden ski area (approx. 5 minutes' drive) or to the Obergurgl/Hochgurgl ski area every 10 minutes. The ski bus service is of course free for ski pass holders!


Ski passes

You can purchase your ski pass for the Sölden/Hochsölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl ski areas conveniently and without having to queue at our reception. All we need is your full name and date of birth. You can pay for your ski pass in cash, with a debit card or credit card.


Dogs welcome!

Your dogs are also welcome here! Please note, however, that dogs are allowed in the restaurant but not in the dining room or in the wellness oasis. We charge €10 per day for your pet (without food).


Local tax

The local tax of €4.00 per person per day is not included in the prices, but is charged separately. All adults are required to pay local tax (children up to the age of 15 are exempt from local tax).


Annex Alte Post

Our annex Alte Post is located directly opposite our main building. The facilities include 6 shared showers and 6 toilets on the floor, a cozy pine room and parking (garage space for an additional charge: €10/day). In winter, use of the Finnish sauna is included. Use of the wellness oasis in the Hotel Neue Post is possible for an additional charge of 5 euros per person.
